You may make a report to your supervisor, to any other appropriate administrator within your unit. Reports may also be made to the Universitywide Whistleblower Hotline, 1-800-403-4744, which will forward your report directly to the UCSC Locally Designated Official for whistleblower matters.

The UC Whistleblower Policy and the UC Santa Cruz Whistleblower Policy and Procedures are companion documents that provide information to a whistleblower on both the process for reporting and the procedures for responding to reports.

The UC Policy for Protection of Whistleblowers from Retaliation and Guidelines for Reviewing Retaliation Complaints is the policy that UC Santa Cruz uses for protection of whistleblowers and for reports of whistleblower retaliation.
